Engagements

Four ways to buy this.

Demos usually fail in one of two ways. Either the environment falls over, or it holds together and nobody remembers afterwards what they were shown. Each engagement below is scoped against one of those failures.

A

Short demo

One feature, one claim. Recorded, edited and exported for a booth screen, a launch post or a docs page.

1–2 min · 6–8 hrs
B

Product walkthrough

The full path through a product, scripted and narrated, with annotations where the interface needs help.

3–4 min · 14–18 hrs
C

Stage & booth

Live demos that survive hostile wifi. Offline path, second machine, and a run-of-show rehearsed against failure.

Event-scoped
D

Enablement

Turn the demo into something your SEs, partners and community can run without us in the room.

Method

How a demo gets made.

Every engagement runs the same five stages, whether the output is ninety seconds for a launch post or four minutes of product walkthrough. The hours quoted in the rate card below are spent here.

01

Brief

What the demo has to prove, who is watching it, and where it will play — a booth screen, a launch post, a docs page, a sales call. One claim per demo, agreed before anything is written.

02

Script and shot list

The click path written out ahead of recording: which screens, in what order, and what the narration says over each one. You review this before the first take, while changes are still cheap.

03

Environment

Demo data that reads like production, seeded accounts, and a reset path so a retake costs minutes rather than an afternoon. Where your team owns the environment, we document exactly what we need from you.

04

Recording

Clean takes on the real product at full capture resolution. Narration is recorded separately, so a wording change does not mean a re-shoot.

05

Edit and handover

Cuts, pacing, captions, and callouts where the interface needs help. You receive the master export, the source project, and shorter cutdowns if you want them.
